Agenda
Through intensive but engaging discussion, this seminar will present how Agentic AI combined with Decision Intelligence enable Agents to work smoothly with humans, while ensuring both transparency and adaptiveness. We will explore frameworks including Cognitive Architecture and the OODA Loop to focus design efforts the creation of Agents able tackle real-world challenges and integrate harmoniously into social environments, leveraging new capabilities such as complex problem-solving, adaptation, learning, and natural human-like interaction.
You will learn powerful concepts such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Directed Acyclic Graphs (DAG) able to boost the powers of Agentic AI with a durable infrastructure for scheduling and managing more elaborate jobs by specifying clear dependencies and rules of execution while making Agents more intelligent with the context of facts and information from both a well-defined knowledgebase and real-time external data/content sources.
Also explored will be Named Entity Recognition (NER) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) as part of enabling Agents to locate and classify named entities mentioned in unstructured text into pre-defined categories such as person names, organizations, locations, medical codes, time expressions, quantities, monetary values, and others business objects.
Addressed will be regulation released over the last two years mandating transparency, bias reduction, and public trust in
AI used for critical areas of government, such as the White House Executive Order on Safe, Secure, and Trustworthy AI, the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-11 and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) updated guidelines that further emphasize preventing algorithmic bias and deceptive AI practices across areas such as finance and healthcare.
Participants will also engage in a high-level Return on Investment (ROI) analysis to identify potential automation opportunities within their organizations. You will learn how to prioritize processes and operational areas that are most suitable for automation based on ROI potential and feasibility. By the end of the seminar, participants will have gained valuable insights into the automation potential of specific targets, empowering them to guide their digital transformation strategies and develop effective roadmaps for implementation.
